About this opportunity
The Lowry Team is searching for talented, motivated people in the Dayton area ready to take their real estate career to the next level. Whether you're experienced or just getting started, we provide everything you need to succeed — leads, training, coaching, and full support.
What you'll do
- Follow up with leads using our proven, proprietary system
- Show homes, write contracts, and negotiate on behalf of clients
- Consult with clients on buying or selling their home
- Make professional presentations and deliver excellent customer service
- Assist home buyers in finding their next home
- Attend all team meetings, training sessions, and client events
- Stay current on market trends and local inventory
What we're looking for
- Team player with a positive, growth-oriented mindset
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools
- Track record of success in a previous job or role
- Active Ohio real estate license — or actively working to get one
